May the Lord bless you from Zion - Psalm 128:5
    
     Welcome to Zion Lutheran Church!  We seek to share the good news that Jesus Christ has come to save the whole world from the mess of sin which we all live in day after day.  He came and lived a perfect life, fulfilling God's law for us completely where we never could.  He died an innocent death on the cross, giving His own life in payment of the debt we owe.  Then He rose victorious from the grave, showing his complete triumph over death, sin and Satan.

 
25TH ANNIVERSARY OF ZION SCHOOL CELEBRATION 
May 27, 2012
 
You will not want to miss any part of this special day.  Come for worship at 9am.  Stay for a special fellowship meal.  Don't miss the afternoon's entertainment by the children of our school.  
 
Former students of Zion School:  we want to record your story.  If you want to share your memories of or the importance of your education at Zion, hand a copy to Pastor Dave or email your thoughts to pastor@ziontorrance.com.  Deadline is May 15.
 
Festival Choir is practicing for our Anniversary Celebration.  All ages are encouraged to join us in lifting our praise to the Lord.  Rehearsals are May 15 & 22 at 7p.m.
 
We will tell the next generation!

Yes!  We will go back in time--Back to Jerusalem!

This year's theme is about time travel.

We'll enter a time machine and go back in time starting July 23!
